Central Valley Key Leader

The Key Leader Training Program is a student leadership development initiative supported by clubs within Kiwanis Division 5 of the Cal-Nev-Ha District of Kiwanis International. Designed for high school students, the program focuses on building character, confidence and servant leadership skills through interactive workshops, team-building activities and guided discussions. Participants learn practical leadership principles they can apply in their schools, clubs and communities, while also gaining a deeper understanding of service, integrity and personal responsibility. Through collaboration among Division 5 clubs, the program reflects Kiwanis’ commitment to developing the next generation of community leaders.
